Petitioner Presentations A. 7002 Westfield Blvd (approximate address) 2016-CZN-838 2016-CVR-838 Onyx and East Properties, LLC by Michael Rabinowitch. Rezoning of 2.09 acres from the D-4 district to the D-7 classification to provide for multi-family development. Variance of development standards of the Consolidated Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance to provide for a minimum livability space ratio of 0.886 (.95 required) and 13 feet between buildings (minimum 20 feet required). Hearing set for Thursday, February 9, 2017. (6:10-6:25 p.m.)

The Land Use and Development Committee is a volunteer group of interested residents and business owners with a background in development, housing, commercial real estate, urban planning, and law that operates under the purview of the BRVA board. Land Use and Development Committee meetings and votes are open to the public and held on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Check the event calendar for upcoming dates.
The BRVA is a not-for-profit community organization serving residents and businesses in Broad Ripple. Founded in 1969, the BRVA is the oldest and largest volunteer organization actively working on initiatives that enrich the community, attract investment, amplify public spaces, and improve quality of life in Broad Ripple. The BRVA's mission is to support and encourage a spirit of community cooperation in Village development and beautification and to serve as a community liaison to the City of Indianapolis. |
