The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the
Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

III. Petitioner Presentations 

1. 6360 Guilford Avenue, Mary Solada representing Adam Hill regarding a variance of development standards for the consolidated zoning and subdivision ordinance to provide for a mixed-use building within the clear sight triangle of the abutting streets and to provide for 25 parking spaces (buildings not permitted within the clear sight triangle and 36 spaces required).Petition #2017-DV2-049 Hearing before the Board of Zoning appeals continued until Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. (6:05-6:20)
